I absolutely love food and love to cook but every once-in-a-while, I completely blank on what to eat/make. Either nothing sounds good or I'm just not that excited to eat it. However, there are a few meals that I come back to that are always good, relatively easy to make and balanced!

Meals (in order of pics)

  • Medium steak with broccoli and mushrooms (sauteed in the same pan)

  • Protein pasta in pomodoro sauce and pan seared shrimp

  • Chipotle shrimp with white rice, roasted corn and salad

  • Steak sandwich using leftover steak, arugula with red wine vinaigrette, caramelized onions and swiss cheese

  • Pan seared salmon (any seasoning you want), orzo pasta with lemon, broccoli and feta cheese

  • "Fall Harvest Salad" kale, sweet potatoes, apple, cranberries, shallots, goat cheese with honey mustard dressing

  • Crispy chicken thighs (with crispy skin), basmati rice with mixed herbs and greek salad

  • Salmon rice bowl with sriracha mayo, cucumbers, kimchi and seaweed

  • Sweet and savory charcuterie board (for snacks or hosting)

  • Greek yogurt bowl with honey, berries, mango and pumpkin seeds (super good for your hormones and low sugar)

  • Mini snack plate- chocolate rice cakes, berries, cheese, turkey pepperoni

  • High protein, low sugar chocolate greek yogurt bowl (choco chips melted, cocoa powder, sugar free whip, greek yogurt)

  • I always finish my day with a hot peppermint tea (super good for bloating and digestion!)
